Why do both my female friends keep constantly reacting to my messages with love heart emojis it confuses me

 â„–83469[Quote]

>>83467 (OP)
a) they want to fuck you
b) they think you're retarded and are just being nice
c) they want to deepen their relationship with you platonically

They said they both like talking to me and are single, but idk if we both have unspoken mutual attraction or not.
Is it normal for women to send heart emojis to their male friend?

>>83476
i think it's normal for women to do that with their female friends but idk about male friends.

if you do want to ask them out, don't just do it straight up. Try to gauge their reaction to certain things. For example, express that you have a crush on some woman she knows and watch her facial expression. Things like that

Depends on the age group and person, but its pretty common. The like reaction kinda lost its meaning of actually liking something because its been overused to death and now means little more than acknowledging the message, so the heart reaction is commonly used instead to show you actually found something funny, that you agree with it, etc.

I've also gotten heart reactions from female friends but also from male, was a bit weird at first but got used to it just being a like

They might like you, they might not, this has little to do with it. If they've told you they like talking to you thats actually really good if you want to ask them out, it shows they at the very least enjoy your company. Like >>83478 said try to discern their reactions, a simple thing would be to pay attention to the way they act to you compared to another male friend.

all these comments are wrong, sorry to break it to you ‘teen. the red love heart emoji is the default double tap reaction emoji on instagram, messenger, whatsapp, and pretty much any messaging app. some people don’t like to leave others on seen because they find it rude so they double tap the message to make sure you know it’s been acknowledged. or people often double tap messages that they agree with, think is funny, or just generally like. it doesn’t mean anything, it’s a default reaction emoji built into many messaging apps. i heart react ANYONE who messages me and if someone though i had a crush on them because of it, it would genuinely be ridiculous and i would probably laugh at them. my friends also do the same, it’s a common thing

I will gauge their reaction overtime, probably not with the crush thing geg

>>83492
>>83493
I think so, but it's moreso that combined with other factors, I should probably make a joke about it or something and see what they say, plus they never stop messaging and talking to me it gets annoying

>>83511
It's not the red heart emojis doe it's a different color, plus one of them said they wanted to sniff me

 â„–83520[Quote]

>>83518
you can set your default reaction emoji to whatever, i wouldn’t think too much over a fucking emoji to be completely transparent with you. chicks are weird too like idk what the sniffing is about maybe she does like you
