find any hobby that isn't connected digitally
do you want to learn and improve an actual skill? get into stuff like woodworking or music or hunting or sewing or (non digital) art
do you just want something that's not necessarily a skill and more a display of knowledge? that's stuff like rockhounding or learning history and stuff like that

>>82827If that doesn't work, you can try things on your devices like
>Setting a DNS server that blocks everything (or just use all.dns.mullvad.net if you're on phone)>Making the screen black and white so it's less stimulating to watch>Optionally setting night light to 100%, which when you add B&W into the mix results in your device looking like a Virtual Boy>Take a hobby like >>82827 said>Go to bed earlier. Seriously. â„–83035[Quote]

start eliminating random services from your life. for example start by cutting your access to spotify, then start deleting games you are addicted to, force yourself to do another hobby and so on. you can larp as an oldgod and use old tech as a replacement, since those are not related to the internet
