Not exactly, but a similar enough situation, I guess.
I stopped texting people first and literally nobody initiated a conversation with me.
I really have acquaintances at best, and have never had a best friend or close confidant.
How can I make close friends without social skills? And how do I develop social skills with people my age?
I don't really share any interests with other people and all my extended family is way older than me. Not to mention, my siblings are strangers to me as I am to them.
Perhaps I've just gotten used to being a stranger to other people, even those who are meant to be closest to me.
