Even if I entertain the idea that smoking does help reduce gooning, why would you even do that? There are so many ways to stop and improve without replacing it with another poison that costs you money to kill yourself with.

Look at this board for any extended period of time and you'd see so many people wanting to quit gooning. Go on /x/, and you'd find a pinned NoFap thread. People DO want to quit, but no one is speaking up about it because of what it is, that's why you only see talks about quitting online, and not irl.
