you wont stop gooning in a few months, it takes time and you most likely wont stop fully until adulthood. Get a good schedule for studying, and if lonely find fags to study with. Praying a couple times a day will help u slowly be less goonbrained

You cannot win because the strength to win does not come from within you, it comes from the grace God gives us.
try going to mass on free week days and praying daily (before bed and after waking up is a good place to start if you dont already) and study in your free time.
taking up a hobby, like going to the gym, is a good way to avoid gooning but you have to keep it balanced with your studies and spiritual life.
an issue with your mindset is that you have made "good grades" an axis that your life revolves around instead of having God as your axis, if you are winning everywhere except in one place then isnt it better to stay winning and slowly work back to where you used to be in that one place (or the bare minimum to pass), than to drop your victory on every other front and focus on something less important?
Being free from gooning is something that takes years not months; when Christ dropped His cross He got back up and kept walking. you have to take up a similar mindset. remember that God will forgive you no matter how many times you fail as long as you repent and try your best to change and that no matter what, He will always love you.
