A dumb person or a midwit doesn't overthink, he just talks to people about God-knows-what with full confidence. It sucks, but it works. To know what subjects people know you have to learn about them. For me it goes something like this:

My main problem is that my friend circle consists of: 1) car freaks 2) audiophiles 3) druggies (big overlap between this one and the other two)
with, as you can probably guess, 0 girls.

i wouldnt try to look for one i would just look to make friends if you dont have the intention of getting closer you can actually get a good relationship and if fate will have it and you actually got to know the other person and feel that you genuinely love her then you can give it a try by confessing or slowly becoming open about your feelings aswell as trying to understand that of the girl but just saying most girls aren’t directly looking for relationships and they can feel intentions and through that get weirded out or want to keep a distance because relationships can even frighten them it doesn’t always have to be a you problem and i think thats always important to keep in mind they have their own fears and self doubts that may lead to rejection
