college isn't difficult most public universities and community colleges don't require SAT scores.

>>80105That's the thing, I actually did the ACT and did really well on it. My score was that of a straight A student, but all of my grades were shit. That's why I just want to get my GED, I feel like my ACT score would make up for my garbage GPA.

>>80172>nobaldi will hire you without a highschool diploma because it signals fickleness.Ffffuuuuuccckkkk
>you could probably complete your highschool with an online program like I didI tried that, and I just couldn't do it. I might try again next year, it's either that or the GED.
>If you cant get hired by hiring managers then you'll be relegated to small businesses, blue collar work, entrepreneurship, and whatever your connections will get you.I actually wouldn't mind any of that
>You could probably get industry connections at universities without being enrolled in classes. Specifically, attending presentations relating to an industry you want to work in, and collecting emails and groupchats. That sounds like something I would enjoy. If I could participate in academia to learn, even without getting a degree, I would be happy.

>>80229If you can try to find a good reputable online program in your state, it's probably better than just phoning in a GED
Source: I looked a lot into the GED in my Junior year because highschool sucks and it turns out that a lot of places will "take" a GED but it sets you back pretty far overall

>>80232Maybe I should just lie to the government and say I'm a plus sized woman of color, save for a few years, and then go buy some property and live away from society

>>80083 (OP)i did the same thing and was the same way, but you might want to look into a trade. college will be hard for you even if you're a good student if you can't focus well. trades are more varied in your daily tasks and more stimulating

>>80399I've definitely thought about trades
