<oldniggerfaggot spaceyou have to commit to going every day and enjoy it intrinsically. you have to decide it is a priority in your life, and plan for when you are doing it if not at your normal time. dont "reward" yourself with nicotine or sugar. the dopamine rush will override and sour the feeling of pride you will get by honoring your commitment. the same way biting into an apple tastes bad after youve just drank some 100g sugar soda. having a class or team or workout partner with a set time will help massively keep you accountable. with running, if they are at the same fitness level it is literally physically easier to run alongside someone.
