And why would you get fucked by the government, what country's government? Maybe if you're in an authoritarian country like russia maybe you're right but most governments dont care about you, they dont spy on you, they dont intensly focus on you, you're not an important person.
If they put you in a mental hospital, it will be good for you unironically because you meet new people and you will be given treatment so you wont be so miserable all the time

I'd say getting some work to get your mind off of that is a good start but that's just a bandaid fix, going to therapy wouldnt work because they'd just get you institutionalized. I'd definitely not suggest doing anything to change how your society works and you should definitely bedrot all day

I’m in a western liberal democracy though I’ve seen what they can do. In my country they’ve locked people up for wrongthink and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d do the same to me because I don’t agree with how the country’s being run, how young people are getting progressively fucked over by the rich and powerful whilst they import hordes of immigrants to replace us. Programs like 5EYES shows that intelligence agencies including the US intelligence community does surveil citizens in other countries and reports them, we’re not nearly as free as we think because we don’t blatantly see the full strength the law outside of large protests which the government then handles by utilizing violence to coerce people back in line.

Confidentiality can only be voided if the patient shows signs of hurting themselves or others, which op does. Though downplaying it/lying could work. Also taking prescription meds by yourself is what troons do, dont be a troon
