When I am at school or out in public I shiver weirdly too. I can’t move smoothly anymore and whenever I turn my head to look down at my paper or up at the teacher it’s always in a weird shaky/jerky way. I do sometimes twitch or flinch out of nowhere but that’s thankfully only happened when I was alone.
