being insecure about how tall you are is worse than being an inch or two shorter than you are. You look more sad, chemical stress shortens your lifespan, and your work quality suffers. If you are american, then 5'9 is average. Yes it is worth it to looksmaxx.
Also, you could die any day, your life will pass like a dream, and then the shape of your body will no longer matter. So focus on God and eternity. Be thankful for what you do have. Wanting things that you can't get is futile and makes you sad. You have limited time in life. God gave you some things, and God gave some things to others, all for the purpose of your enlightenment and salvation.
