Get medicated or get into therapy and use it in tandem with finding passion and hobbies that do not involve being online. Making music saved my life. Form a solid (daily?) routine so you’re not just rotting away. Appreciate the small wonders in life like listening to music on a sunny day and walking. Find events in your area to keep you occupied, the more I had planned or to look forward too, the less depressed I became. Making friends is a plus but if you’re finding it difficult start forming strong bonds with your family. I formed such a strong bond with my dad out of my depression that we go and do activities together all the time and it’s great. Just keep pushing through and try every avenue that you can but always remember that you HAVE to also put in effort for success.
