OP here, I might add that I also wished I had this willpower until I suddenly was able to use it. Genuinely, and this might sound corny as shit but the key is to literally never stop trying and to never give up trying to quit. I've been trying for ~2 years and simply just picking yourself back up and trying again seems to be working. I'm not talking about streaks btw i mean simply just giving up and not trying to count days.
