>>69638>>69639first of all, you basically have to quit eating any sugary junk food at all, its just empty fatty calories that make you hungrier, second off, you cant just not eat at all or else your metabolism will get fucked, you have to do a consistent diet, the best one I found is called the "zigzag diet" where you eat more one day and less the next, hat I did was eat 1200 calories on the high days since it was just enough to give my metabolism a break, then on the low days I eat like 500-700, enough so that you aren't starving but still hardly anything, though you can adjust these numbers to what works for you, the best part about this method is that eventually you will lose an appetite so you wont actually feel the need to eat so you will be completely in control, early on you will probably fail to avoid sugary food and snacks like chips but its ok, you really don't need any exercise to lose weight like this but it would definitely help if you could just go on a walk every day, for meals I would recommend eating toast for breakfast, skipping lunch, and then eating some kind of meat for dinner, ground beef or a turkey sandwich works great, it really all does sound pretty obvious but this is the only way of losing weight that I've tried thats actually worked and thats because it doesn't really require any dedication or discipline other than quitting sugary snack foods (which you will not miss btw) so I feel it wouldnt be the worst for my fellow lazy robots. fair warning doe, you'll probably get an eating disorder, especially if you already feel bad about how your body looks, you also don't get too much nutrients from this kind of diet so atleast get some vitamin gummies from Walmart or something geg, if you're a NEET you can just sit around and play video games and jerk off and still lose weight from this method as long as you just stay away from snacks and sugary food, never eat chips or cake or anything.
