Quote is an great dev but an absolute dogshit admin because of how tunnel versioned he is on the software side. He's basically Hiro if Hiro actually cared about 4chan's backend.
It feels like 9a0c has been reined in at least as of late. /qa/ is actually back to being usable after about 2 months of decline.
