oversimplified is probably a great introduction to war focused content
watch video on that then watch a whole documentary on the same thing a few days later for a more indepth analysis, if you are actually interested in studying it
Otherwise, just watch map reanactments

History Matters is alright for general stuff, I guess.
Tasting History with Max Miller is good for more specific, food related stuff, but he does discuss the general history around the food.
Townsends is good for both food history and frontier history during 18th century America/Great Britain.
Forgotten Weapons if you're into firearms.
