financially and emotionally provides for his wife and his wife's children. (he thinks her children are his but are likely to be one of his wife's stud's children that he is providing for and raising).
Thinks he's the center of his wife's world (isn't), is actually one element within his wife's long and intricate love web network. his wife is actually the center of attention of many men.
crucial: he doesn't know that his wife is having sex with other men. This tension adds to his wife's satisfaction. Her husband can NOT be a cuckold otherwise it'll ruin the woman's satisfaction.
cuckolds only represent a very miniscule minority of men.

this model satisfies all 3. the stud fulfills desire and validation, the wife fulfills her desire and validation, and the husband satisfies his desire to provide for wife and her children (of which he believes are his but some might belong to one or more of his wife's various studs).
