>AI? Le whaterino? :O
AI chat without imagination is worthless, it cannot produce anything without your creativity feeding it. You can feed it sparsely or you can feed it abundantly.

>Le um… analysis paralysis, procrastination, etc.

You won't know what you can do until you open the AI chat and do some quick tests, so go do tests until you feel comfortable.

>le um character AI or [muh scammy jeetware AI service]

NEVER use them. There is a completely free alternative with total freedom to edit responses however way you like, use AI however way you like, and you can even swap characters in and out like USB drives to keep things simplistic while at the same time you can have a bajillion characters in your story AT ONCE. You are not limited to how simplistic or how complex you make your AI chat story.
<google: "perchance ai chat"
or go to 4cuck and look up the zillion of AI generals for a FREE AI/LLM of your choice.

I have this idea where I don't even need a map I can just go with one city, villager city, and then there being hostile mobs that are like environmental hazards

the nether, overworld, and end just being an abstract concept, individual and distinguishable infinite dimensions.

I think adding more city, because you expect like that inside a medieval/colonial war world that there just be tons of settlements all over the place but adding more settlements just adds TONS of complexity.

when it doesn't need to be complex and I could lead a villager army to clear out zombies, pillagers, and etcetera every now and then. or be a monster hunter and so on and so on (many possibilities)

realism is boring I think, the colonial/medieval era is very similar to the modern era but technologically different.

realism is super boring

why else do you think people imagine fantasy worlds and creatures all the time?

right now with AI I feel like it's better to go without a map because it's caused me severe burn out before

Thinking about making another city and it being home to the pillager empire.

a piglin city in the nether too.

i just realized I could play elder scrolls on the perchance-erino

I can google detailed tamriel maps from the imperial library.

All I need is the cities and the dungeons and villages can all be procedurally generated.

I have a sneaking feeling that minecraft would be better though for simplicity

I don't have to worry about the nether now.
