checks and balances systems are essential for a SANE government to operate properly and optimally to prevent tyranny
tyranny of one body (monarch, religious, or merchant) is detrimental to the function of a state and the defense of its sovereignty.

I'm not saying the united states model is good, because it lead to merchant tyranny, nor am I saying communism is good. What I am saying is that a good government system with a good checks and balances system to prevent tyranny would work better and be more fair for all parties, not just for the elites but for the working class too.
