So basically… instead of overloading the ai with information it can't possibly theorize with in a way that I'd like, I am instead overloading myself with a ton of factors I need to remember and keep written in a note file.

ai chat may be too complex for me I feel, but I have not taken a moment to actually get a campaign up and running yet so that I can become familiar.
If I tell the ai "minecraft" I can still brute force detail in anyway.
I feel like I would have much more fun imagining armies of zombies/skeletons, illagers, endermen, piglins, and other villagers than le confusing semantics of fighting ideological enemies, because that would require me to inform the AI about ideological different people and my ideology instead of keeping things beneficially minimal.
literal zombies, skeletons, piglins, illagers, and endermen are easier to imagine and be like: "oh that is an enemy"
villagers are a little difficult, but not as difficult as the realism of fighting against differing ideologies. villagers can be allies (my faction or willing to align with my faction) or be enemy (an immediate hostile or belonging to a kingdom of which my faction is at war with)

I recently remembered hxh has that cool distant far away world enveloping the known world
then I looked at someone's headcanon map of what's beyond the "ice wall"/etc
then I looked at a map of nirn (elder scrolls)
and then basically I realized that I should basically just zoom in on an area like greece and make that the center of my world and outside of that: the mysterious far lands.
