didnt take too long, theyre like regular gold but require 1-7 keys instead of just one key and can drop either the same amount of stuff as 5 golden chests or even 2 treasure room items

didn't take too long but i did sort of struggle beating mega satan because tainted isaac's gimmick of only being able to hold 8 items can be debilitating

not really the final boss but you have the option of finishing the game after beating him or you can go to delirium which you can also go to after beating any final-but-not-really-because-of-delirium boss and after delirium you can finish the game
