That especially in the US, there is an industrial complex that sees dollar signs in the idea of having a bunch of trannies whom are solely reliant on them for everything.
It's already known that those people are captured customers cause they need to keep buying HRT drugs, needles, etc.
But the fact that it's well documented that being a tranny makes you more susceptible to infections, whether that's sickness or because of their "Gender Affirming" surgeries that commonly and easily get infected, cause they're not natural.
I mean, we all joke about troons needing to dilate their neovaginas, but on a serious note, I've heard of cases that they commonly get infected, have hair grow on the inside (which you need another surgery to fix, btw), and if you forget to dilate it, it will seal shut, and you need to get another surgery. Literal cash cow with how many surgeries they need. That's not even to mention that I've even heard of people presumably getting acne on the inside due to the commonality of "leaking pus" being a problem.
