start doing things you really love regardless of what happens or what you get told usually on days i can't really focus or say too much i would have been demoralized by something and thoughts would come back
days where i do things i love and stop caring too hard i usually stay really happy and not even think about those thoughts at all
taking care of yourself can help too even if its just something like actually sleeping ive been slowly starting to sleep without staying up too long without any actual good reason and so far ive been feeling better about myself
taking breaks can also help too
although i think i might be wrong on some things i said here but at least i tried
