They get marginalised by society leading them to harbor more extreme views on themselves, while the medical system with the affirm only policy doesnt help at all. Most of them come from problematic households suffering sexual violence in childhood. Their comorbid mental and physical conditions make it really hard to help such individuals. Worst of all they dont get educated on the negatives of transition enough or put a mental shield to protect themselves. May they find solace.
