my sheer aversion to games that run off of the GPU prevents me from caring about video games to the point of loathing.

Since computers have far exceeded what is buildable in minecraft in scale and complexity, and my growing boredom of bitburner, I consider choosing an OS to play with instead to get the same gratification I am growing a desire for.

It is not time to go bare metal, but it is time to begin playing with OSes inside of a VM, and before that I have to install a good one.
