Create a rating system for threads
One vote per IP address. No VPNs, Tor, or mobile data allowed
If a thread reaches enough downvotes at a certain threshold, then the thread gets autosaged until it gets enough upvotes to no longer reach that threshold
This can help increase the quality of threads especially on /soy/ by democratizing coal policing and self-moderation
