At this point we should just ban antisemitism because constitutional free speech does not protect us against consequences and thus constitutional free speech is misleading. The average person is not intelligent enough to realize that free speech does not protect against consequences and thus for the benefit us of all, lest we be lumped together as on malicious faction due to the actions of a few, I suggest we should ban antisemitism.
