I'm asking again, WHO WAS WOFM??

Yesterday when appealing my "underage" ban (I am 16 if that matters), I was questioned by Mustard if I was WOFM. I had to send a vocaroo of myself to prove I was not WOFM. I sent my own voice recording to prove I was not this nigger and the ban had been lifted. I know I've seen rare permabans with the reason "WOFM, do not appeal". WHO IS THIS WOFM NIGGER?
