Let OP select individual or by ID filters in an apposite option and share them as "Notice" on top of the thread.

p: Since OP considers one or multiple posters as derailers you can copy his filters.
button: copy filters.

This would require an additional table where the filters are stored only when OP creates them and get deleted on cascade when the thread gets deleted/expires, it's a matter of some kb so please nigger devs make this thanks.

This feature should be necessary for boards like pol and int imo, as for soy this could help but I feel that 'teens will filter all the fucking thread for the gegs in the first month or so
