I disbelieve in every conspiracy theory that is premised on the greater public mass of people needing to be kept in the dark to prevent "revolution" or however you make text glow on here, which is really most of them. Power has one direction, from the top downwards and what the masses think is 1. engineered by the elite even beyond the scope of just lying to them, but how they draw conclusions from the truth and 2. not accounted for in their plans because most people have never done anything about it anyway.
