Vlyodymir any country needs a 2.3 children per female reproduction rate to just keep a stable population. A law restricting women to one child per lifetime….. Makes a 0.8 children reproduction rate at best. Considering that some couples are infertile, some don't want children at all. Maybe 0.75 rate.
