There are definitely people who do see me as kinda weird though. It's easy to tell by the way they talk to me. It got better, though, and those people are a minority anyway. In elementary school, people genuinely treated me like a subhuman. Feels like some people actually care about me now and i'm amongst people that make me enjoy socializing, even if i struggle with eye contact or say something weird and autistic sometimes and then try to play it off.
