Potentially there will be one year where they abide by the limit while discussions occur but Trump has yet to respond to this offer.

What could potentially take its place is something similar but including nuclear powers such as China, UK and France rather than just being between the US and Russia. However for now there is no clear path forward unless Trump agrees to that one year so called agreement while it is worked on.

For fears of arm races that is snca and is a waste of money and time and literally a waste of everything really so I personally don’t see numbers reaching anywhere near close to the Cold War.
