This raid was most likely planned off-site by a group of friends, as the raid wasn't planned on the sharty. Footage does not show the total 10 soyteens, but it was probably a number of 3-5 that did so. The brave 'teens set up posters around his neighbourhood, warning them about giggly goon clown's antics.
