Software may soon stop supporting this OS, which in turn will kill off market share of the operating system in the foreseeable future, though in a slowburn way.

What can (You) do?

If you're a normgroid who doesn't know anything about computers, the first option might be to upgrade to Windows 11. However if you are slightly tech savvy and want a solid computing experience, you may wish to explore other options such as:

Install Windows 10 LTSC, as these versions provide support for an additional few years, up to 2032

Install Linux and use a SNCA distro and pray that your programs work.

Switch to a Mac and have only half your programs work.

Cease using your computer. Sell it, donate it, or throw it into the bin. Humanity didn't need one for the first thrembillion years of existence anyway.
