for the 'teens or people in general that never used wallaper engine or do not wanna use it o algo the 'soft is adding animated wallpapers to the 'dows. The reason this matters (and even doe it is kinda old news) is because not everyone can afford wallpaper engine and is not bothered to pay for it and never heard of alternatives. Now it IS a pretty basic animated wallpaper system (only mp4 support) but it works, and of course will not surpass wallpaper engine AND is only available for dev-beta insider channels so it means (You) WILL use a VM or be willing enough to daily drive a buggy version of the 'dows even doe beta is pretty much stable
