I originally made this for an adventure thread on /soy/ a while back before the brownocaust, but I figured I could send it here in case it gives you any ideas for enemy attacks or something, I've never played that game so I don't know what the enemies do thoughie.
Basically, the noose is a coal gun.

aseprite is better for resizing without anti-aliasing. In this case it originally is antialiased so I don't see a problem with using antialiasing here and it does look better than resizedwithout antialiasing in this editor
