Nowadays, every time I see his name pop up there are plenty of folks there to say how he’s not trustworthy at all, how he fucked up COVID, and so on. I’ve heard people trash his performance during AIDS and accuse him of being a partisan hack.

>Full disclosure - being a scientist who’s worked in epidemiology and public health, I am quite sympathetic to Fauci’s plight. But I also see so much consistent and emphatic Fauci hate that I want to be sure I understand the criticisms and what motivates them.
