I think it is really important that we discuss how we want to develop our spawn. The spawn from Soycraft 3 had a lot of coally buildings and wasn't very focused.

First of all, you should only be allowed to build when you have the skills to build something good. If you just want to build some dirt huts, then you should put them far from spawn. Also, I think it would make the city far more interesting if we made the streets have varying sizes in their grid. It makes every building repetitive if the properties are all just the same dimensions. On top of that, we should adopt a more Victorian building style, as modern skyscrapers almost never get finished or are way too simple.
