with kettle bells you can over head press while squatting, you can do it with dumb bells but its more awkward.

If you are weak. Just do calisthetics.
Theres no reason to move to weights when you cant even do 30-40 pushups and 5 pullups. The muscle development is better, its better and balanced for daily living and moving your body faster. It also makes you way more resistant to injury when you can catch yourself when you fallor your stabilizer muscles are good enough that they resist your ankle getting rolled or slipping.
Just cuz you see big guys getting big at the gym doesnt mean that is where you should start.
