<When Obito gets a Rinnegan, the truth about the real Madara and Obito is revealed
<Finally, when Madara casts the Infinite Tsukuyomi and Sasuke's Rinnegan is awakened, the full truth erupts in a final crescendo: Kaguya, the manipulation of Madara, the stone tablet, and the true purpose of the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
<Notice the recurring theme: each level of deception is peeled back when someone reaches the next level of eye power.
<Obito kept the full truth from Sasuke. Madara kept the full truth from Obito. It is merely the logical next step that someone was keeping the full truth from Madara.
