daria is a western cartoon made by MTV, not an anime. Its technically a spinoff of beavis and butthead doe it has basically nothing in common with it other than the main character (daria) being a side character from the show. I haven't seen it but from what I know its mostly a teen comedy-drama about this smartass "not like other girls" girl
