That's because you're on a cellphone, or if not then it's because you're a third-worlder using Windows 98 or something like that. It's a 12bit-encoded video (as opposed to 8bit which is what YouTube uses, same codec as YT though; VP9).

So do I (Firefox). Stuff like that can't have any impact on the playback of a video as far as its bit-depth goes. A video's bit-depth is entirely unconnected with any such settings. It's sort of like saying privacy settings make it impossible to play a VBR-encoded MP3 file, it's just illogical. Must be something else causing it.

You probably can't play this either. This is YUV444 at 10bit. Impossible on a cellphone or super ancient computers (and I do mean super ancient like Win 98, even a Win XP user would be able to play these videos).

Extremely doubtful as even computers from 2 decades ago would be able to play videos encoded in color & bit depth higher than YUV420 8bit.
