The rest like, for example, length of WBTB, LD methods, sleep length of 1st phase, REM phases, sleep schedule, meditation, REM rebound, supplements, type of bed is something you'll have to experiment around yourself. As for the sleeping mask. The cloth sleeping mask works best for me. Try to find something that covers your eyes and ears. Something with velcro as it can be as tight as you might need. It's better than those cheap sleeping masks with rubber bands.
