In conclusion: go start staring at the sun (Anytime of day!) Most people say that at high noon it can damage your eyes, but its all nonsense. All times of day are safe to stare at the sun, its just harder to do it at high noon since the adaptation takes far longer to develop. Start small with just squinting and brief periods of time and you will work your way up to being able to do it at any time of day, at any uv, for as long as you want.

It also makes you feel extremely euphoric and if you are grounded in nature you will get the feeling of being on a micro dose of psychedelics

It also powers up your brain (as said before) and turns you into a genius

DOCTOOOOOOOSSS Do you have any peer reviewed studies that PROVE that sun gazing connects you to the DIVINE and powers up your BRAIN.

No I don't have any. You just need to have faith and go start doing it. Just like there aren't any studies on semen retention and how it also can connect you to the divine you just have to do it.

I fucking love science just as much as the next guy, buddy,…. but No I cannot prove it with a study. All I have is the anecdotal evidence of me staring at it every day for two years straight and having perfect vision
