During the adaptation process you will get red dots in your eyes, but afterwards they go away and never come back.

Your eyes absorb light energy and it is sent directly to the brain where it powers you up and connects you to the divine.

If you are healthy you will have natural immunity (Natural raw foods, semen retention, etc, etc) It is just another health stack aspect of connecting to the divine that the slave system tries to disconnect you from

In conclusion: go start staring at the sun (Anytime of day!) Most people say that at high noon it can damage your eyes, but its all nonsense. All times of day are safe to stare at the sun, its just harder to do it at high noon since the adaptation takes far longer to develop. Start small with just squinting and brief periods of time and you will work your way up to being able to do it at any time of day, at any uv, for as long as you want.

It also makes you feel extremely euphoric and if you are grounded in nature you will get the feeling of being on a micro dose of psychedelics

It also powers up your brain (as said before) and turns you into a genius
