In fact if the "evil" choices would be more rewarding gameplay wise, it could even say something meaningful (impossible in this day and age)
ofc gamers are retards and wanting them to think about something for more than two seconds is impossible, everyone is conditioned to have their morals fed to them on a conveyor without any actual TESTS if the person playing the game is capable of following said morals
that is why any linear game that's trying to teach you morals is retarded, the medium gives you possibility to make the player consciously choose the for themselves but that is too problematic I guess
