I think it is THE best outcome that both factions (ncr and legion) are VERY convincing with one another to the point where people argue about it to this day,the cut ending was brutal as shit for the mojave but the way ceaser explained everything makes me think that it will eventually prosper and make a safe region,im glad that they wrote ceasers legion this convincingly
