I'll say I am pretty optimistic about it. They are actively participating in a discourse with the actual community and not fat troons from reddit. Apart from that, they could have just announced some other SNCA period historical Total War, if they intended to just return to their roots. But they decided to mingle with the most anticipated game in the history of grand strategies, so let's have some hope.
