Best modding scene ever. Actual substance instead of 20 trillion reshades, memes, and porn mods. I don't even want a new game, I want a remaster/remake that also enables multicore and rebalances a few things like proton torpedoes. Oh, and I guess change up how land battles work. Just copy Age of Empires III for that, or something. But seriously, we don't need a sequel or some kind of canon reimagining. That would eat up budget that could be used on things that actually matter.
But this will never happen because Disney. If they were to make an RTS, it would be completely new and they would try to shove it into canon instead of letting it be fun. At least we have the Empire at War Remake mod.
