3. Stop repair and revive trains, make it so the health box behaves like in 4 so you can't sit on it and heal nonstop, rebalance air vehicles, rebalance reactive armor and guided shell so you actually have to be good with tanks, nerf the M16A3, and nerf the AN-94 burst fire mode. MAYBE nerf the AEK a bit as well. Slightly rework recoil and spread so you can't just throw on a couple attachments and pull down on the mouse to have a laser beam.
