boring geometry
unskippable cutscenes, and yes i called them that, there is only one you can interact with
AI was apparently good but the gay design made it impossible for it to do anything

Trve, albeit Xen is over-hated because people preferred the theme and style of the Black Mesa facility. It's a shame since the gameplay of the area is genuinely pretty fun. I think the only reason why Half-life 1 became so popular was because of the sections you were fighting the military

I love highway 17, and that part where you're in the sewers, best atmosphere, best mix of driving, grav gun puzzle and shooting. I wish that one day there will be another game that gives me that same vibe that i get from half life 2, it's basically a perfect game, not as in the Best, but as the one that got everything right.
